Thoma Development Consultants is located on Tompkins Street/Route 13,
just one block south of the Cortland Central Business District.

  1. Take exit 10 and turn left off the exit ramp onto Routes 41 & 11.
  2. Continue straight on Routes 41 & 11 (eventually becoming Route 13 and Port Watson) for 2.6 miles to the intersection of Port Watson Street and Main Street in downtown Cortland. The historic "Cortland Standard Building" will be directly in front of you.
  3. Remain in the right hand lane and proceed through the intersection, at which point Port Watson Street becomes Tompkins Street.
  4. Thoma Development Consultants is the fifth building on the right, just past the YMCA and across the street from the 1890 House Museum. Free parking is available on the street.

From Interstate 81 Southbound/Syracuse

  1. Take exit 11 and turn right off the exit ramp. You will be on Route 13 south.
  2. Follow Route 13 through the City of Cortland for 1.2 miles to the intersection of Port Watson Street and Main Street in downtown Cortland.

    (Note: to follow Route 13, you will veer right onto Clinton Avenue, turn left onto Church Street, and right onto Port Watson Street)

    At the intersection, the historic "Cortland Standard Building" will be directly in front of you.
  3. Remain in the right hand lane and proceed through the intersection, at which point Port Watson Street becomes Tompkins Street.

  1. Follow Route 13 north toward Cortland.
  2. Route 13 will veer to the right at the Route 13/Route 281 intersection just past WalMart in the Town of Cortlandville. At this point Rt. 13 will become Tompkins Street.
  3. Follow Rt. 13/Tompkins Street for 2.2 miles.
  4. Thoma Development Consultants will be on the left side of the street, across from the 1890 House Museum. Free parking is available on the street.
